We are an electrical work specialist. We are looking for companies and tradespeople who can join us on site in the following four areas. It is fine if you only cover the work you are best at.

Building main feeders, distribution boards and power panels, and power wiring for air conditioners and machinery.

Our head office is in Chikusa-ku, Nagoya. Our renovation & maintenance work for electronics retail stores has covered 12 prefectures, from the Kanto to the Chugoku region.

We share the four promises we keep on site with our partner contractors as well.
We move right away
When questions come up on site or drawings don't match, our staff check right away and get back to you. We cut the time crews spend waiting on decisions.
We meet tight deadlines
On sites with short schedules or sudden changes, we rework the sequence and staffing together with you and meet the handover date.
No excuses
We don't blame others when things are awkward or difficult. Fit and interface problems are ours to coordinate with the main contractor and other trades.
We finish the details
We take care with the finish, down to cable routing and fixture fit that no drawing shows. Before handover, we check measurements and lighting together.
Example
Working with us: finishing a new store in time for opening
In 2016, for a new large electronics retail store (5 floors) in a station-front redevelopment building in Tokyo, we added staff together with our partner contractors during the finishing stage before opening, and completed the electrical work in time for the opening. This is how we keep our promise, "We meet tight deadlines", together with our partner contractors.
Air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing work is handled by our group company SOWA SERVICE Co., Ltd. On sites where electrical and mechanical work overlap, we coordinate the schedule within the group.

We review your details and our staff will contact you. We talk about how each of us works and about terms.

When we have a site that matches the work and areas you can cover, we get in touch with you.

Can an independent electrician register?
Yes. Enter 1 under "Number of workers" on the form.
Is it okay to cover only some of the four areas?
Yes. Tell us what you do best and what you have done so far.
Can companies outside Aichi register?
Yes. We have sites outside Aichi too, such as store renovations. Please tell us on the form which areas you cover.
What are your rates and payment terms?
They depend on the work and the site, so our staff will explain after you register.
Will there be a site for me as soon as I register?
When we have a site that matches the work and areas you can cover, we get in touch with you. Depending on when you register, it may take some time before we contact you.
