Process

How the work went工事の流れ

From the start of construction to opening, and maintenance after opening. Compiled from our construction records.

  1. Construction starts

We began the electrical work based on the design drawings for the tenant space.

  2. Wiring each floor and installing distribution boards

On floors 3 to 7, we marked out the layout and prepared for wiring, then ran the wiring for main feeders, lighting and outlets, and low-voltage systems. We also installed the distribution boards on each floor. Wiring above the ceilings was photographed before the ceilings were closed.

  3. Finishing before opening; opening

Before opening, we added crew with support from the group and our partner contractors to finish the electrical work. Additional work, including changes to the management office, a café area and power for exterior signs, went ahead at the same time, and the store opened in November.

  4. Work completed

The electrical work was finished by December.

  5. Repairs and added circuits after opening

From 2018 to 2025, the same store asked us for electrical repairs, added circuits and sales-floor renovations. We respond as the floor changes or equipment develops faults.

Story

Challenge and response課題と対応

In an electronics store, the sales floor itself is full of electrical equipment.

Issue

Across five sales floors, a great deal of electrical equipment, from lighting and outlets and power for display TVs to POS/LAN and security camera wiring, had to be in place by opening day.

Action

From April to May, we ran the wiring for main feeders, lighting and outlets, and low-voltage systems on each floor and installed the distribution boards. In November, before opening, we added crew to finish the work.

Result

The electrical systems on all five floors were in place in time for opening. After opening, from 2018 to 2025, the same store continued to ask us for electrical repairs, added circuits and sales-floor renovations.

Group

Working as a groupグループでの体制

Two group companies split the mechanical and electrical work.

Approach

How we work当社の進め方

In an electronics store, the electrical layout is closely tied to where the fixtures stand. In this store, the sales-floor outlets were fed from the ceiling, with power provided to match the positions of the fixtures and display TVs.

Power for the air-conditioning units falls within the electrical scope. Because our group company SOWA SERVICE installed the air conditioning, equipment positions and schedules could be coordinated within the same group.

Even after opening, a sales floor keeps changing. We take on electrical refurbishment and repairs as the floor changes or equipment develops faults.

Client and building names are not published. The only figures shown are sales floor area (an approximate figure from public information), number of floors and dates.
